We’ll work closely with you from the very beginning, including land selection (if required), concept and design. We also offer practical advice on creating a sustainable home design to ensure your new abode is economical, functional and environmentally friendly.

We are aware that everyone has a budget to work with and will always offer realistic advice to help you achieve your dream home without breaking the bank.

Design

Scott Build Pty Ltd has an extensive range of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom plans and we can also work with you to create your own house plan. Attention to detail is paramount to our success and we encourage you to contribute your ideas and flare to ensure your home is a true reflection of you.

With our extensive knowledge and experience we are also able to offer assistance with interior design elements and product selections, such as landscape and garden design. The sky’s the limit when it comes to designing your home, and we’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.

Construction

Scott Build Pty Ltd’s owner and head builder Sam will personally oversee each stage of building your new home, providing you with a detailed construction schedule that outlines building programs, regular updates and site visits. We want to keep you as informed and updated as possible throughout the construction process and will always make ourselves available to answer any questions or queries you may have.

Where possible, Scott Build Pty Ltd will use high quality, locally-sourced products, which will help reduce costs and protect the environment.

Final Handover

When the big day arrives, we will personally meet you at your new home to hand over the keys and necessary documents as well as answer any questions you may have.
