Scott Build Pty Ltd was originally known as David Scott Building, founded in 1998 by David “Scotty” Scott, a well-respected builder and businessman based in Bathurst. David and his sub-contractor Sam Baumberger quickly developed an exceptional reputation for building quality homes and units in Bathurst, Orange, Lithgow, Blayney and Oberon.
After David passed away suddenly in 2007, Sam and David’s wife Liz decided to continue building top quality, stylish homes in Bathurst and surrounding areas and renamed the company Scott Build Pty Ltd.
Today Sam is the sole director of Scott Build Pty Ltd who prides himself in quality workmanship and construction. We have retained the high standard set by David and employ a team of experienced building contractors to ensure your home is built to the highest of standards.
